- Service fees are 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.
- There is no guarantee on performance of individual 3rd party applications and other service providers.
- Hardware performance is guaranteed for 1 year, based on product specifications and is subject for replacement.
- DMS will not attempt to repair faulty hardware, instead we will replace with new hardware.
- Keyboards have a 30 day warranty on manufacturers defects, only. Physical damage is not covered.
