Tech Support Policy

Recently we’ve hired and trained phone-up tech support staff for our customers, this way we have someone available to help you, even at our busiest times. During the training process some customers had been offered remote login repairs without cost, this was done in order to assist with on the job experience for our new staff. Effective immediately, all remote login repairs are subject to a $25 repair charge and are time restricted to 40 minutes before additional costs are incurred. Stop Using Show Box & Popcorn Time

At this time we are recommending that all customers stop using both Show Box and Popcorn Time apps for watching Movies and TV Shows. The developers have chosen to use torrent protocols and servers in their recent updates, which download the file to the box before displaying it.
