Recently we’ve hired and trained phone-up tech support staff for our customers, this way we have someone available to help you, even at our busiest times. During the training process some customers had been offered remote login repairs without cost, this was done in order to assist with on the job experience for our new staff.

Effective immediately, all remote login repairs are subject to a $25 repair charge and are time restricted to 40 minutes before additional costs are incurred. This change will give us the opportunity to continue to provide you with the level of support you’ve come to expect from us here at Droid Media Solutions.
